After obtaining their services, they said they would represent me with the National Labor Board but failed to update me or respond until the day before the deadline, and only after I had followed up with them on the employment matter they were supposed to represent me in. Furthermore, apart from causing me stress over this matter, they stated that unless I agreed to receive only $20,000—regardless of a contractual agreement where they would receive only forty percent—they wouldn’t represent me anymore. Therefore, due to the stress they caused, the ultimatum given, and their withdrawal from my case, I give them one star.
