I gave an assistant my information via chat and was was promised a call back. I never received the call back. After waiting several hours I called the firm and was told that they would not help. Very poor customer service. Can not recommend this place

I would give negative Stars if I could..BEWARE!!! long story short they lied to me... told me one thing would happen then called to let me know case was settled and everything went exactly the way they told me it would but THEY LIED!! now because of their involvement I may lose the car that I have paid over $16,000 on and only had less than 10 payments left and my credit is ruined.
