She let petitioners change wording in brief in courtroom. I told her No I didn't agree and she told the Judge to go ahead with it. When I went to her office she said for 2500.00 more I can get you visitation. If she hadn't let them change the papers, I would have been granted visitation from Judge. She acted very confused and distracted in court. She was always asking for money ...in courthouse halls,,.in elevator, outside after I paid her in full in the beginning.

VERY rude and unprofessional! Rarely answers phone (called for over a WEEK straight - get voicemail and says its full). The lady who answered the phone was extremely unhelpful, rude, unprofessional, refused to give me her name and hung up. Now when I call she answers and immediately hangs up without saying anything. I was was trying to make sure a little girl was getting drug into a mess. When I kept asking was told "you'll find out soon enough" ?!?! Seriously? Clearly they dont care about the well-being of a child. (Yes its a mess even DCFS won't let the children be with the biological parents nor other courts which is why I have guardianship. Even courts have no answers because this lawyer and the VERY rude woman who did the paperwork are taking a ridiculous amount of time to serve papers so people can be prepared.

Awful

I had hired her after friends told me she would get my daughter back for me from the worst situation ever. So I took a plunge. First meeting all she seemed to want is the money so naturally I gave her part of it up front. The case got dragged out to finally a court appearance and when I got there she said we are gonna let them continue to keep my daughter because it will look better for me. I disagreed and she still went with it. Now the same people who have had my kid for so long still have her with guardianship now. I never asked for any of this injustice. Now when I call she says she needs 1500$to do anything else. She will not respond to my emails or phone calls. Do not hire her! I'm a decent human being who has done nothing wrong and just wanted my child in my life after a case of alienation of my child and conflict of interests with the court. She did nothing but push me farther from my child and leave me empty in the bank. How is she still able to represent people??

Just wants money . Period . She tells you what you want to hear . And that's it .

Her career should be condemned just like her ‘office’ building. Norma and my ex traumatized my son for life.

Awful on all levels.

My wife and I hired her to stop an ex from bullying Us in court. After hiring one of my coworkers had mentioned her giving her the nickname the bulldog not knowing that we had already hired her. Yes, her office is older and not an office building but never judge a book by its cover. She basically made the other lawyer looking incompetent and like he was a boy scout compared to her and she basically won every case that the ex put up against us. Highly recommend!
