When my 96-year-old father-in-law died without a will, my wife and I were at a loss as to what to do. Mr. Huffman immediately came to our aid to help resolve many of the problems involved with his estate. Some of the problems didn't seem like problems because my wife already had a half share of a large part of the estate. However, when she died unexpectedly just one year later, new problems arose because some her late father's estate was in CDs that she and he had held jointly. Those CDs had yet to be placed in the living trust that Mr. Huffman had created for us years earlier. Once again, Mr. Huffman immediately went to work and quickly resolved the issues involved.
