F. James Roytek represented our corporation over 35 times in Pro Se. He did so with the aplomb of a benevolent friend, not only to my company, but to the defendents against whom he represented our corporation. I found Jim always prepared, willing to negotiate "win-win" arrangements for both parties, punctual, thoughtful and very helpful. Having interviewed 12 other attorneys for this role several years back, Jim made the most favorable impression and never let us down. Only after our corporation was sold and essentially disolved did this 15 year affiliation come to and end.
It is said that Lady Justice is blind, and many of the individuals against whom Jim represented us had few if any teeth. Despite that fact, Jim treated each defendent respectfully yet firmly, remembering always who, pray tell, he represented. I would recommend him with absolutely no hesitation whatsover.

We had a house mortgage company lose a big mortgage payment. The check was paid by our bank and cashed by the mortgage companies agent. The mortgage company wanted to be paid a second time to the same agent. They refused to pay back our first payment of well over $10000 we refused to pay the payment twice. The company put us into foreclosure. We hired Jim Roytec to sue tthe company for our first payment. Roytec did nothing for us. We went to court three times. Each time the company’s attorney asked for a delay. Roytec did not object and eventually the judge dismissed the case because we had lost standing because we had sold the house. If Roytec had objected to the delays this would not have happened. I would never hire Roytec again. I could do a better job myself and I’m not an attorney. So we lost over $10000 and $4000 paid to Roytec
