THE STORY OF MY LIFE WITH ATTORNEY KAREN MONDY. Never had I projected in a million years I’d go to jail let alone make the news in 2015. Well, I did and Atty Karen Mondry was SOLEY responsible for getting me out of trouble in 2020. Yes you heard it 2020 (5 years) due to the fact that I was dealing with a negligent and deceptive attorney out of Oak Park by the name of Thomas Benno. Benno never requested for a speedy trial during these years the case was being heard in Maywood courthouse and when the remainder of the evidence came in which that took nearly 4 years after my 11/23/15 arrest date (again yes 4 years). Well when he called me into his office he had a “plea” for me 😂. Plea? For what? Why? I’m not a felon nor did a commit a felony but My first attorney Thomas Benno wanted me to please to a felony charge of kidnapping and secret confinement. Did I accept this plea? Absolutely not. I FIRED THOMAS BENNO. I know how the system works and I know why. I will tell you is that I’m “colored male” and that it’s easier to simply write me off or call authorities due to this. I’m simply calling a spade a spade, this case was the story of my life. The state offered me 14 years over a busted window legit a busted window. I never went into the home of where the alleged crime took place. My charges were Class X felony Home invasion, 2 counts of kidnapping, 2 counts of burglary, and 1 count of unlawful restraint🫣. Sounds pretty terrifying that someone could commit such acts. Well, none of it was true and if you’re wondering it’s how the jail system works it’s the standard Uniform issue that has funded the system for decades. Black bodies! Overcharge the poor, get cheap labor from them while in prison, pay em cheap wages, infect their mind and body with toxicity and unsafe environments and what do you have MODERN DAY SLAVERY. So essentially BENNO was fired and KAREN MONDRY came to my rescue. It legit took her 4 court dates TOPS and I was walking out of there a free man and free Of a felony. She handled me extremely well and knew her way around the courtroom quite well. She also have a way with style and ALWYS be the flyest and most vibrant woman in the courtroom which is paramount when you’re dealing with the system. Your image is everything hence the reason it’s recommended to dress casual for court it’s simply shows etiquette. My first attorney Thomas looked very mangy and tethered as if he rolled from bed and pick up lasnights clothes from the floor and came to my court dates. KAREN IS GONNA BEAT THE CASE GUARANTEED if your money is right. There no price to your freedom. All my charges were ridded and I’m now a law abiding citizen the way I once use to be before OAK PARK POLICE commander and officers slandered my name and image on the news with there deceptive and sinister tactics.Thank you again Karen me and my kids appreciate YOU.
