Roger doesn't follow up on anything and let my review go without help. He charges for every little thing. He charges 400 dollars to just talk to him and it was for less than 20 minutes. I thought it was a red flag but wanted someone local and proceeded anyway. Turns out I didn't need any help from him at all.He charged me for meetings he didn't attend. I would check other lawyers if you ever need one.

As the trustee on my parents estate, Mr. Kasny represented me with IRS issues that needed to be resolved from a standpoint negligence with the estate attorney (firm was hired by my Father before his death) I referred Mr. Kasny to a close friend of mine recently and she has also retained him regarding an IRS issue with her business of 12 years and she feels extremely confidant that Mr. Kasny is proficiently knowledgeable in handling her tough but rendering a peace of mind solution.
