I have had Hans handle a couple cases for me but the one that impressed me the most was when we went to trail. He knew what to ask and what to say. Hans made the others looks like fools!

He was less than forthcoming and very little kindness. I was a teacher for 29 years and I still have bad memories over how badly my case was handled. I never would have allowed any student to treat me so dirty. Next time I need a lawyer I might have to ask for their parents phone number so I can talk to them I would give a zero star but that is not a choice. Disrespecting the value a a star. Sad

In January 2022 I slipped on ice on the walkway to the front door of my house and broke my wrist. We had been asking the association to get the downspouts buried to avoid icing and flooding but they were talking their time. I contacted Hans and explained my situation and he actually came out to the house to talk about the steps to make a case. Hans was very polite and helpful. I could have filled a suit but I decided to accept the offer on October 31st. I'm very happy with the outcome and glad it's over.
