“she was neither accomidating nor knowledgeable. She treated us as less than priority and maybe it was because her expected profit was less than she was accustom to, for the amount of work she would have to put in.”

“I could even ignore the lack of enthusiam in her voice, every conversation spoken with her. What i will not ignore was when asked of her is there anything she could do to help this process along, her response was, 'well I guess I could call everyday, and remain on top of things', but I really don't have the time, nor do I see myself doing so.”
