I am so happy that it was Cheryl and her team guided us through the process of selling our home. They are responsive and professional! My initial conversation with Cheryl solidified my decision to go with her office. She provided detailed steps involved and set my expectation what is next. Megan is awesome too! Cheryl and her Team where absolutely the BEST to have representing me with all the legalities of selling and closing my home, especially when I was in the middle of a contentious divorce.Cheryl and her Assistant Meagan keep me informed and aware of all the issues that we need to know in order to close on my house with out any delays. Very Professional and Courteous.I definitely would recommend Cheryl and her Team.

Cheryl helped my wife and I sell a home that she had prior to us getting married. Normally, selling a home can be a little daunting, nerve racking, and just plain stressful. Not with Cheryl helping. She made everything so seamless, I felt like my wife and I barely had to lift a finger. She was so patient, helpful, and accommodating. Do not hesitate for one moment to make a phone call and use her as your attorney.
