Cheryl really was a fantastic lawyer, helping us out of a bad situation with a house. Without her expertise we would have purchased a house with an underground gasoline storage tank. She informed us immediately of the issue, postponed the closing until further details could be received, and researched everything for us. Thanks to her we did not purchase the house that could have cost us a large sum of money to correct or could have caused us health issues down the road.
