I recently closed on my first home at the end of September. Being a first time home buyer, I was nervous about everything and was afraid that I would do something wrong or be taken advantage of. A family member referred Cheryl to me because they had such a great experience with her. From the first phone call I felt that I had made the best choice in choosing Cheryl to help me through this scary process. She always had the answers to all of my questions and was super easy to get a hold of. There was one point in the process where unexpected findings came up with the home's property survey. She went above and beyond to help me work through it and even took my call on the weekend. I truly felt that I was in the best hands when working with Cheryl. I would refer her to everyone I know. She is so trustworthy and is a true blessing to have when going through the home buying process!
