Very helpful!

I highly recommend John Doak! I brought to him a complicated employment matter. He clearly explained to me the situation and gave me my options. I felt like John had my best interest at heart during the entire engagement.

person i talked to wasn’t interested in case. that is their right and choice. however they were extremely rude and judgemental and making assumptions of things they have 0 clue about. you can pass on work and still be kind. it costs nothing to be kind.

Looking for some advice with my recent job and if anything can be done. John told me it would be viewed as insubordination. There was no insubordination I did my job I wasn't happy with my employer not doing their job. The whole tone of the email just rubbed me the wrong way... I suggest looking elsewhere.

was not helpful when i called for advice for a potential case. i think they must onky take large dollar cases and overlook smaller cases.

I have a slew of unanswered emails and calls to an attorney. I’ve called numerous times to complain and request a new attorney but THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! It rings and rings, no recording or option to use automated directory. So I can’t even go above his head to get action. Are they even still in business? I’ve lost my entire family in the span of 18 months and the house I was left needs to be sold. I have no idea what I’m doing, I’ve explained this to him, and I also let him know there is a tax bill pending. As time passes I am terrified I’m going to lose this house for not paying the taxes that he told me I didn’t have to worry about. This is my life they are messing with and I won’t recover from that loss. If that happens, I will be taking legal action. Unprofessional at every turn, and the condescending and dismissive attitude the few times we did actually speak was insulting to say the least.

I had contacted John about medical malpractice lawsuit as per his web site, to find out he has not done malpractice cases for years. He refers to another lawyer instead that should not be on his listing he practices malpractice cases. So called co counsel, he did not do any footwork for my case and the outcome was very disappointing with honest legit information provided.
