Very caring and compassionate and always willing to answer the millions (exaggerating) of questions I had through the work comp process. I had the same paralegal working on my case since the onset, from mid-March until 9/19/24, when my case was unceremoniously given to someone else without my knowledge. Since then, it is like pulling teeth sans anesthesia to get a response via email or phone call.
