I do not recommend using this company to represent you. I contacted them about helping me and it took them 1 month to contact me, telling me I didn't have a case. Bad business!

I was involved in a car accident, and hired Vanderginst Law because they have an excellent reputation in the community. I'm glad I did! In the past I have hired both Dennis Vanderginst and Michael Galvin, and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Very down to earth, and take their time to answer any questions for a smooth process. The front desk is so pleasant, and the legal assistants are so helpful. I wouldn't go to anyone else for legal advice!

Mr. VanDerGinst, You might have some good attorneys at your firm. I have only talked to one lady attorney and if I would of known that I wouldnt get called back or that things she said she was doing wouldn't get done, I would of kept right on looking. Its been almost 18 months since my accident and I feel like Im getting jerked around, because I was involved in a semi truck accident resulting in a fatality. I was the driver of the semt truck that got hit head on by a car that crossed into my lane less than 3 car lengths in front of me on a two lane road. A fractured spine heals, but the emotional and mental trauma is something I wil be dealing with for the rest of my life. Not counting the fact that it wound up ending my driving career. I have some major concerns about my case and the way it is being handled by your firm. I am looking for a new law firm that actually wants my case and that isn't going to drag it out forever. I just about bet that if this accident had been my fault and he lived , but I died it would of already been settled. And, probably for at least a million. Realizing my fractured spine, aIong with all I have been thru and will go thru, only matters to me. My case hasn't been given the time and effort needed. One demand for settlement and one counter offer and then nothing since 2021. Feel free to get my number and give me a call. Not that I think you will. I'm not a big client or worth hundreds of thousands.

I would like to recommend Vanderginst law firm. I got injured at work chick fil a. It’s so hard to deal with their adjuster I keep looking for injury lawyer. Driving by I saw Vanderginst law office. I called them and Miss kelli called me back.. Miss Kelli working so hard to get back the right workman’s comp check. She try to do everything she can to help me. I’m in deeply in financial difficulties. Everyday I call her and she always give me hope and help me out. She always update me on my case. I feel Miss kelli is my family she treated me so good. I was thankful to God that I met Miss kelli and I’m so grateful I have Vanderginst law to handle my case. Miss kelli is doing such a great job. Would not recommend if you want results. My dog bite case has been going on for nearly 2 years and I haven't heard from my attorney in over 4 months, even after reaching out, to not only him but to the administration, multiple times with no response.

Michael Galvin is am exceptional attorney, he handled my case quickly and made sure I got what I deserved, his legal secretary Christine was amazing she was friendly ,helpful, and AlWays returned my calls..
