I was denied but they still are willing to try. I have no regular job for the past 4 years and was involved in a car accident with a Muni bus which the City dismissed my claim due to discrimination. Edd doesn't answer phone calls due to irresponsibility. None of the gov. agency works maybe FTC works sometimes. God showed me $ since last year! May God fix the dysfunction of our country.

From day one speaking to them from the consultation, to the information they needed from me, to the paperwork that took awhile, they were nothing but professional. The office calls back promptly to try to answer your questions as much as they can. They called to remind me of doctor appointments that were necessary with social security to prove disability case. During all this time, about 14 months, I had been going thru a very emotional medical trying time in my life with four surgeries of my foot that led to a two part partial amputation, that was very stressful. But Mr. Fisher's staff made it easy throughout the long waiting time period, whether it was on the phone or in person. Rosa, a paralegal, called back several times answering any questions I had. She checked with social security office as soon as I requested, I had not heard anything in over a year. She called back the next day with the good news that my case was finally approved.
