Don't even think to go to this "lawyer" ever!!! Only if you want to waste you time and money. He was supposed to take care for uncontested divorce and 6 months he was promising to schedule a court date saying he was waiting for confirmation or some other bs. Never answer his phone, and even when a spouse asked him to hold a case because we kinda still discussing that which was a lie!! he did put it on a hold without letting know and I had no idea that my case just stucked!! After 6 months of that bs I went on a consultation to another lawyer and just found out that he NEVER filed my case to the cour even though he was saying he already scheduled a day! And also I found out that he took my case for divorce and same time he was handling her case for immigration which doing so is illegal it can lead to loosing a license! And of course he knew about it and still took my case and didn't tell a word!! Please, save you time money and nerves!

This guys talk more then he does. If you want Your case dragged for years that’s the guy .

Not sure why this lawyer has so many good reviews. For anyone looking for a lawyer, Google gives the best reviews on him in comparison to actual lawyer rating sites. So pay attention. My experience with David Butul has been mediocre to say the least. I was taken advantage of by this man, out of my hard-earned money. As a single mother of a 5 year old, everyone knows how much they cost. It took almost 2 years to get absolutely nothing done for my divorce case. I got another lawyer, & within two months I got my marital agreement. David is non-responsive, unethical, & requires constant pestering to even give you a phone call, if that. My last conversation with David was when he was on vacation at the same time of my court date.My case could have easily been dismissed & I would have gone through the extra anguish of filing for another court date. (!!!!!!). Glad he enjoyed it!!! For anyone that values their money & their time. Stay FAR AWAY from this lawyer. He sits with you with his smile at his desk, but does very little to actually help. Money hungry to say the least.
