We have used Kevin for both the buy and sell side of home purchases and cannot recommend him highly enough!! It is a nerve-racking process, but what makes Kevin unique as a real estate lawyer, is his availability. Emails are responded to in a fast manner! He calls me back every time I call. Communication is outstanding. When selling our home, I was blown away by how slowly the buyer's lawyer was moving. Everyone (even the buyer) was frustrated. But not Kevin, he respects how difficult the process is. He'll answer every question with patience. His pricing is fair. Just overall go with him if you want to make this process less stressful!!!
