WOW!!!! The Law Offices of Jeffery Anvy and Jason Tong did it, just like he said they would. My wife and I had been trying to get a modification on our own for 2+ years. When we talked to Jason we had 30 days before our sale date. Jason garuenteed that he would get the job done, and he did!!! Professional, personable, available, affordable. My loan modification process is over and I would like to share my experience. My case was very difficult because my property has a lot of equity and I am self employed with fluctuating income. In cases like mine banks usually offering to sell the property. It was nearly impossible to get an approval from Wells Fargo Bank. This bank has reputation as the most difficult bank to work with. Employee in this office are very knowledgeable, friendly and super responsible. Jason Tong was assigned to my case and he did GREAT JOB. My documents was submitted right, he wrote letters on my behalf and resolved all problems quickly and very professionally. I got 1% interest rate for the first mortgage and 2% for the second.
