Bill was very responsive with any questions I had and knew the exact procedures that are required for a multi-family acquisition process. Bill did a great job handling the purchase of my property in Chicago as I was still living out of state in CA. He was very quick to respond to every email and call and answered every question. He dealt with a confusing property tax issue putting us at ease with the purchase. Looking forward to using them again!
