I got recommendations for this firm from my friends, and it took 18 days for a phone appointment. It was scheduled at 11 AM, but then I was told to wait for 10 mins, then they said that I’ll get a call till 12 PM. And then they said I’ll get a call till 1 PM.
I’m looking for a legal advice from day one, and even after 18 days of waiting period they still can’t value our time. That’s not good!

Don't bother making business with a place who argues to customers whose had bad experience with them. Take a look yourself. They are happy to respond with positivity when the review is positive, and very hostile when it comes to negative reviews.
