I would love to get mr Jason service since I’ve got a lot of recommendations from my friends. But unfortunately the lady at the front desk does not seem to be nice and polite, she claimed that I already had my free phone consultation, which is in her Calendar, but I never did. It was scheduled but never happened, so I do not think that is considered as a free consultation, is it? I think they need to keep track of what actually happened, but not something that was only going to happen. Any service needs to remember that rude customer service can lead to losing customers, and one bad review leads to hundreds of them.
