If you are looking for lawyers that are consistent in their lies and are hard at working on putting your file away and forgetting about it for 2yrs then these are definitely the lawyers for you, they are so good at telling you it's an open and shut case and then loose it over a details they failed to see and the lie to you for 2 months because their afraid to tell you that Micheal lost your case over something he should have caught immediately, then yes please hire Olsen and Reeves. Also when I finally made an appointment for them to tell me they messed up badly Micheal hid in his office and made Josh tell me the bad news when Josh wasn't even my lawyer, also when I called to make this appointment the secretary forgot to put the phone on hold I had asked to speak to Micheal, I heard Michael tell the secretary to tell me that he wasn't there. 4yrs of my life was wasted on a case that was suppose to be a text book slip and fall.

I contacted Sian at Olson & Reeves for help with a speeding ticket I received while traveling home from St. Louis back to North Carolina. She was fantastic in giving me what could be done and the process involved in getting the issue resolved without my having to come back to Illinois from North Carolina. She and her company were very professional and made a less than ideal situation as simple as I could have hoped for. I would strongly recommend Sian and Olson & Reeves based on my experience. I can’t speak regarding the lawyers because I didn’t get a chance to speak to whoever the lawyers are here. But I did speak with what sounded like a young woman over the phone, she may not think that she did much, but the fact that she answered my questions and took the time out of her day to speak and find out information for me was amazing, she helped my father and I in a way that I don’t think she’ll ever understand. To the woman I spoke with over the phone in the crime department, THANK YOU. 🙏🏽

Olson & Reeves were highly professional throughout the process. They were available when I had questions and were very communicative. They also saved me a ton of money on my fines and future insurance rates. I hope I don’t have to, but I will gladly hire them again if I need representation in the future

Horrible! Stay away! I retained them for a family dispute. I was never able to get in contact with Michael and he almost never contacted me when he was scheduled to. His secretary repeatedly apologized for his negligence. After almost a year of absolutely no progress I was informed that he didn’t have the time for my case. Statute of limitations were almost up which left me scrambling for a new attorney on short notice. However they did return my retainer money. But a lot of time wasted. Very unprofessional!
