First of all, if I could leave 1000 stars, I most certainly would. Atty Josh Reeves and Atty Melissa Duran are excalibur. I do not have the words for how indebted I am to both of them. My twins boys were charged with a crime that was fabricated and blown out of proportion. There was a fight and they were not the antagonists of said situation. Nevertheless, the prosecutor had every intention of hanging my children out to dry. I contacted Olsen and Reeves due to the reviews I found. I was given a very fair price due to having to pay for both kids representation in one shot. Then, I had a very long and extensive conversation with Atty Reeves about the situation. He never cut me off and was extremely attentive. He literally made me feel like my childrens' situation mattered to him. We were very informed about the situation as the prosecutor dragged their feet here in Richland county. Atty Duran was also very helpful at the court hearings she attended. I had a mixed bag of her being at some, while Reeves was at the others. However, there was NEVER a breakdown in communication, and one thing I felt with them at my side was confident. We never felt concerned or worried about anything. Their communication throughout the year-long process was unbelievably fantastic. These are the first attorneys that have ever given concise, direct, and quick answers to our questions. They also went above and beyond with a favor that they did not have to do for us. What a blessing! Heather works the front of house and is extremely organized, caring, and was always quick to help us. She always reminded us of dates, times, and kept us up-to-date on case movement. We were never left hanging by her, she NEVER made us feel like an inconvenience in any fashion, and was always dutiful, respectful, and nothing short of professional throughout the entire process. She was the guiding light of peace for my wife more than she knows! In closing, I have never been made to feel important by a law office before this instance. The worry they took off our shoulders is worth 10 times what we paid them. All charges were dropped due to these caring, professional, and aggressive lawyers and staff that reside at Olsen and Reeves. We were treated with dignity and made to feel like family. We thank you for saving our children from what would've been their demise due to a prosecutor's office that was hungry to convict them for something that was not their fault. And for that, we can honestly say... WE LOVE YOU! This will always be our law office for any of our legal needs in Illinois. You WILL NOT regret these fine stewards of the law. Please, do not make the mistake of going somewhere else.
