From my understanding, this law firm is extremely busy. Although they receive hundreds of calls a month, Josh was able to get in contact with me fairly quickly regarding my parents’ cases. He let me know upfront that he had been tied up in court, but that I could send over any documents I had for him to review. Josh got back with me the next day reassuring me that he could handle these cases and he had everything covered. Josh was very communicative during this process and answered any questions we had. He was able to get the cases dismissed which was a huge weight off our shoulders. Also, I just want to point out that his secretary was phenomenal— very professional, kind, and understanding. She always kept us up to date when we called. And in times like these, it is very much appreciated. 10/10 recommend this law firm.

I called and spoke to a lady .she put the fear of God in me telling me what the state would do etc .she asked for my number and email and told me a lawyer would call me .nothing to this day .I believe my accent had a lot to do with it .I have chosen someone else .

Olson and reeves took my mothers case in Dec. 2021. One of their attorneys left the company in mid March 2022. I called them for months asking for an update on her case from March until June 2022. Finally on June 23rd 2022 they call me and tell me they are sorry they cannot keep my mothers case. They left me hanging for months just to tell me they would not take my case.
