I hired Peter for my 1st DUI which he was able to get me supervision for. Unfortunately, I landed myself a 2nd DUI offense during the supervision period and a felony offense for driving on suspended. Peter got me a deal that amended the felony to a misdemeanor AND the 2nd DUI to Reckless Driving. Really couldn't have asked for much more

Well, I actually started my case with a public defender. But as we all know the Pc's job is to try and get the defendant to take a plea. All attorneys in K3 co. run together, so how do I receive a fair trial? Call Attorney O'Connor. Filled out a questionnaire online and within minutes got a call! I'm very impressed with his professional outlook on my case. Made sure I understood everything. I will leave another review as my case continues. Mind you, I'm scared outta my mind. Never had charges like this, but Attorney O'Connor made me feel better after speaking with him. And he didn't try to get thousands of dollars out of my account. For roughly 3 months I was stressing out expecting the worst from my court case. Mr. O'Connor made the process so much more easier and helped me out! I'm incredibly thankful for his help. I got into an accident on a suspended license, I was facing a class A misdemeanor. Mr. O'Connor was able to remove the misdemeanor charge, get me court supervision and remove the ticket from my record. (Keep in mind too I have a slightly horrible driving record) I was in the court room for all of 5 minutes, if even that. It took longer to find parking than it did to hear my case.
