I have always been apprehensive about the prospect of having to deal with a lawyer. I was very fortunate to have had Michael Bradt recommended to represent us for the sale of our condo. We hired Michael to buy our first condo in the city, sell that condo and then to buy a house in the burbs. He was incredibly helpful for all the transactions and what ended up being a rather difficult process of selling the condo. His fee is very reasonable for his expertise and we will most likely use him to sell our house if/when we choose to move.
