My experience with Angie Aliota was nothing short of disappointing. I hired Angie to help me with a post decree case. My ex-husband had filed a Motion to Modify Child Support. There is a long history of financial, physical, and emotional abuse in my past marriage and even post divorce. Angie was impatient and short with me whenever I tried to call or email her. Angie acted like I was bothering her when I would ask to meet before our ONE court appearance. She claimed that she was "trying to save me money" by not meeting before she appeared in court for me. However, while in court, Angie told the Judge that her client had, "dumped a bunch of documents on her the night before" and that she, "had not had a chance to look at anything yet." Inotherwords, she cost me $$$ to show up unprepared and proceeded to ask for another court date. This is not a way to save a client money. I had to pay Angie $2,175 for just one week or "legal help" and when I asked her for my files after I had fired her, she replied via email, "You have everything." and she refused to send me the original copies that I had given to her of several documents. .

I hired Angela as my divorce attorney. She was very knowledgeable about the process and was able to help guide me during a very stressful time. She was reliable and quick to answer my questions and respond to emails or phone calls. Although it was a bad situation I was glad to have Angela on my side. Definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a divorce attorney.
