Ed Manzke was recommended to me after I was in a car accident and the best thing I did was reach out right away. I was so glad I did. Their office was responsive and in touch with me throughout the entire claim. I was worried that because of Covid my claim would be delayed, but Ed and his paralegal, Amber, kept me in the loop and worked hard for me during the entire time and didn’t skip a beat in resolving my case. A few things I learned from this experience: always listen to your attorney when they’re helping you navigate your auto claim! And always carry the maximum underinsured auto coverage. If I didn’t have good coverage, I would have really been in a bind. Collins Law helped me with a very complicated auto accident claim and resolved my accident claim with a better outcome than I expected. I cannot recommend Ed Manzke and his team enough - they are truly top notch!

I was in a pretty bad accident over a year and a half ago. It was a head on collision on a side street involving 3 different vehicles. My friends and I only sustained minor injuries, thankfully. During that time I had no idea what happens next because every other accident I’ve ever been in was a small fender bender, but this time our vehicle was totaled. My friends and I were referred to Collins Law Firm, more specifically John Risvold, attorney at law. Our first interaction with John was via phone call and he spoke to all 3 of us at once. From that first conversation I knew that not only were we in good hands but that he was a dedicated individual who was focused and very kind. He reassured all of us that our health was most important and that material things like vehicles could be replaced but lives could not. We started a case against the at-fault party’s insurance company and began a year long journey into being compensated for the incident. I had some personal issues arise that pushed the accident to the bottom of my concerns and delayed communications with John. During that time he and his office still worked diligently on my behalf to settle this case. I reconnected with him some months later and informed him of what I’d been dealing with to which he replied “No worries, life happens.” Though that was a small statement I don’t think he knew exactly how much I needed to hear that. John was extremely professional, informative and kind through this entire process. I agreed to an amount about a month ago and today was the day I picked up the settlement. I thanked him about a hundred times from when we first spoke up until our most recent email exchange. And today, I thanked him again for his hard work and dedication. I also asked if I’d be able to keep him as my lawyer for any future accidents or injuries and he said of course. Thank you again John, i don’t know if you’ll read this long winded statement but I appreciate you and all that you do. Hopefully I don’t get into another accident or sustain any injuries minor or otherwise. But if I do I know who to call!
