I’ve used Mr. Fitzgerald for two completely different types of legal services, real estate and family law. In both situations he was extremely responsive and on top of things. In the real estate transaction he was highly communicative with the seller’s attorney and financing company when they were not adhering to timelines. In the family law case he worked above and beyond for me. I highly recommend Dan!

Truly disappointed with attorney Robert Strough. He lacks professionalism, unorganized, and I learned you get what you pay for. Though it was a good amount of money for me other attorneys were charging fairly higher rates than him. On my first court date after retaining him he was a no show and when I called after waiting in the courtroom for about 2 hours he claimed to forget to put it in his schedule. Problems with the second court appearance and third court date when he was to speak with the states attorney on my behalf he was so late the SA told me he is no longer waiting and of course then he shows up. That’s not even the half of it, I just hope to save the next individual’s time, patience, and money because he is not worth the hassle.

Rob is a very professional and knowledgeable lawyer. He has represented a few of my friends in the past and I know they all had a positive experience with him. Recently I took a new position in the casino industry and was having trouble getting approved for my gaming license due to a marijuana arrest I had over 15 years ago. I was not convicted of this arrest but couldn’t locate the document that verifies this. The attorney who represented me at the time is now a judge and couldn’t help me so I contacted Rob Stroh to see if he could assist me. Rob acquired this document and sent it to the gaming commission here in Kansas who then approved my gaming license allowing me to start in my new career. I initially was just expecting him to tell me how I could go about acquiring this document myself but Rob went above and beyond and did it for me at no charge! Extremely grateful to Rob Stroh and his law office and I plan to utilize them soon as he explained to me he could get the arrest expunged as well.
