Initially I went to Jeff for a pre-marital agreement and trust documents and have continued with Estate Planning services. Jeff is highly knowledgeable, very detailed and very thorough. He educates his clients by explaining the risks and benefits associated with various scenarios so the client can make the best decision for their situation. I would HIGHLY recommend Jeffrey VanDyke if you would like some peace of mind and value not leaving your adult children with a mess on their hands upon your death! Jeff made the process of implementing a trust completely understandable and walked me through the process with kindness and patience! He answered every question I had quickly and throughly. Jeff Van Dyke is a wonderful, caring attorney that my husband and I were incredibly lucky to find in 1993. He prepared our wills and assisted with estate planning.
