I never knew about fingerprint biometrics...I'm glad I do now. You just put in a claim and Fish Law Firm did the rest! Thank you so much to Fish Law Firm. I DEFINITELY will continue to do business with them. Please look up FISH LAW FIRM if you ever had to use a fingerprint for work to clock in...its ILLEGAL!!!

My experience this far has been great. With one phone call David Fish was able to gather all the information needed to articulate my issue and devise a letter to be sent for my appeal. I am impressed with the speed as well as the thoroughness of his actions.

Following a merger between two businesses, my executive leadership role was suddenly and unexpectedly eliminated. At 5pm on a Tuesday, I was presented with a five-page document that I was asked to review and sign. The language of the separation agreement seemed brutal and mean-spirited. I knew I would need help before signing anything. I researched labor law and reached out to the Fish Law Firm for advice. Very soon after leaving a message, Ms. Kim Hilton reached out to me. I cannot begin to describe the immediate sense of security and support I felt after talking with her. Living in an “at will” work state, I knew that I could be terminated for any reason at all and that my employer was holding most of the cards. Almost immediately, Ms. Hilton drafted a letter to my employer’s attorney and began negotiations. All of my concerns were accurately and pointedly shared with my previous employer. After a short time, I felt comfortable signing that final document. I know that without Kim Hilton and the Fish Law Firm, I never would have been able to manage this outcome. Although I learned early in my career to negotiate the end before signing a new job offer, I will be smart enough next time to engage Fish Law Firm early in the process before my start date... it will save sleepless nights and worry to have the Fish Law Firm on my side.

Absolutely fantastic. I was sued because my business collapsed during Covid. An obvious cash grab by my former landlord under some obscure law which allowed him to come after me despite having an LLC in place & no personal guarantee. Long story short, David & Seth took care of it, quickly, and no doubt saved me from an long, drawn out, headache. Seth was point on my case and was great! It’s a strangely comforting feeling knowing you have a great lawyer & firm when you need them. Highly recommend Fish Law. You don’t want to hire a bad lawyer & become a horror story!
