I dealt solely with senior lawyer John Brennock at this firm and he was courteous, attentive, and very knowledgeable about real estate law, especially when your landlord or the building management may be trying to rip you off! Highly recommended.

We used Diaz Anselmo & Associates (specifically Tom and Jessica from the Naperville office) for the purchase of a new home. Tom is an amazing lawyer. He is extremely thorough, quick to reply, and kind. Jessica was also there every step of the way. She is organized and patient while answering all of our questions. We loved them so much, we used them to represent us in the sale of our townhome, and also recommended them to a family member for the sale of their house! While buying or selling a home is stressful, both Tom and Jessica made it easy. They are trustworthy, accommodating, and reliable people. They will be representing us any time we buy or sell in the future.

Fantastic service! Mike Anselmo and his team helped us buy our home. Did everything spot on during the purchase process and helped us a ton also beyond "normal scope" clarifying things with HOA and with the insurance. Would definitely recommend using them!

These guys know that the contracts that they collect on or foreclose on are illegal, and refuse to give out the name of the attorney who will be handling your case, they are all crooks and should be sent to prison.

This office is so unbelievably unprofessional. I had a zoom meeting with one of the attorneys and never felt so disrespected. The attorney spoke to me as if I was the dumbest person on the planet even calling us “you people”. He was eating, talking to other people in the background, laying back in his chair on his phone while speaking to me. I could not believe what was happening. I was given the least amount of respect from this law firm and I will never use them again

One would assume that a law firm that specializes in a very narrow area of law would be experts in that area. This law firm is shockingly ignorant of the intricacies of landlord/tenant law.
