HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! AMAZING RESULTS!! I’ve had a lot of lawyers but none will you notice like Mr.Graham! Trust me when I say that! once you walk into the court house/court room you can see how respected he is by not only other attorneys but most important the judge!

Thomas J. Alore was amazing and would go to bat for you as his client. He recently closed my home loan and was fantastic. There were many obstacles that the buyer presented during closing. Tom was there every step of the way to make sure that me as the seller was aware of all changes and avenues of approach. If there is someone you want by your side this man and his office are the ones.

This lawyer is a JOKE! He is a discount lawyer and you get what you pay for with him. We were the buyers on a recent transaction and because of this lawyer our closing was pushed back a week. We asked for title for over 3 weeks and after many many calls from my lender and lawyer they finally said "oh here it is" Here it is like it just came in or you've been sitting on it for weeks??!! When title finally came in, 2 days before cleared to close, it was all wrong. This delayed us even more! Then there were so many issues with the listing being left in nasty condition by Rosa Littler (John Greene) that closing was pushed back again because the sellers had to clean the house and re install appliances that should have never been removed. This lawyer doesn't respond in a timely manner, you get emails from multiple assistants, he is unorganized and obviously doesn't care too much for his reputation. We didn't receive final CD until 9am the morning of closing because this attorney didn't submit his sellers final numbers until 5:30 pm the night before. They left no time for our side to send us a final CD! Hello 5:30 is dinner time, after closing and not an appropriate time to send final numbers. Stop taking so many clients and concentrate on the ones you have because your sellers are not the only ones suffering!

I never had such a disappointing experience with any attorney/law practice in North America before that. They looked laid back and least bothered throughout the process. Had to send reminders for everything. But worst was when I didnt receive my original title for 6 weeks. Followed up with them just to get a shoulder shrugging email “nothing received yet”. Knowing them, I followed up with Title company who told me that they sent original title three weeks ago!! Fwded same email to this law practice and thankfully, they found it somewhere in their office. Without any remorse or apologies, they asked me if they should mail the docs. Again knowing them, I preferred driving down 30mins one way to collect it by myself. Do yourself a favor, hire anyone but this couldn’t careless law practice!

Joe provides service with the utmost professionalism. He really takes the time and care required when dealing with his clients. He answered all my questions and exceeded expectations. I strongly recommend his services.
