My husband suffered an EXTREMELY bad accident. He had so much injury from it and after reaching out to Sara from John J. My experience with John J. Malm and Associates was amazing. If you have any personal injury or anything along the lines of that, I would go with them. I have never had to hire a personal injury attorney before and never been through this process. They made everything smooth, very communicative, and always followed up. Jason and Rachael were great. Very friendly to me and very tough with the insurance company. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and responded to my questions by the end of the day without fail. I had a tricky case and they handled every aspect of it well. I really don't want to get hurt again, but I will readily refer others to the firm. Truly outstanding work from outstanding attorneys and people.
