Specifically writing my review regarding Anique, the attorney at STG which represented my father and his unique situational divorce where I was named guardian. I can’t speak highly enough of Anique, she was fantastic. Professional and affective in every aspect. Given the mess of the divorce during one of the most challenging times in history during Covid, she was able to adapt and still drive an utter disaster to a critical divorce closure. She clearly has a passion for getting the job done and helping a tough situation and making it bearable. She held me in check emotionally in order to drive the divorce to the finish without me loosing my mind, which is not an easy task since I personally have a strong personality. I witnessed her manage the psychological side of the divorce as well as the material side, so huge kudos to her for that. She has great negotiating skills along with very very solid knowledge of the law while being able to apply common sense give and takes necessary to debate back and forth. I was so lucky to randomly find her and I can’t thank her enough. She made a very unpleasant situation tolerable. I HIGHLY recommend her if someone is seeking a “getter done” attorney. This review doesn’t do her full justice, there were so many exceptional circumstances and intricacies of the divorce that she was able to successfully get positive results, I would have to write a book. I worked with Abeer Zanayed from STG for my case and she did a good job of tackling my case. It was very complex and Abeer did a good job of managing to ensure the case was continuously progressing. I would recommend Abeer and her team.

If I could give this Law Firm a zero I would. They are terrible. The only decent person is their paralegal. If you are planning your divorce, please do yourself a huge favor and keep looking. Three years after my papers are signed I’m still having problems because nothing was written with specifics. They offered very little direction, they ran up huge bills and left me to do all the work. I’m now with an attorney who knows the law and how to write good legal agreements and I’m much happier. I wish I would have never worked with STG. It was a complete waste of $20k.

Maureen and STG Divorce were great. At all steps along the way they told me what to expect, how to prepare, and how to insure that my needs and the needs of my daughter were protected. Maureen's experience in particular is outstanding. She not only knows the process but also the emotional toll that this takes on a person. She knew the things that I needed to do as a father to ensure that my rights were respected, and that my financial stability was preserved. In the end, the judgement that Maureen negotiated was absolutely perfect. I was able to preserve all my assets, avoid my spouse's debts, and get legal protections to protect me from my spouse's business dealings. Most importantly, my daughter gets to stay in our house with me and she has her daddy to take care of her. Maureen and STG were worth every penny.
