I worked with Jonathan Crannell regarding a car accident I was in. He was so professional when I sat in his office as I was complete mess. He made me feel comfortable and I knew he was going to help me with everything. I could now breathe. Even though my case was small, he treated me as if it wasn't. He treated me with absolute respect. Jonathan was always there for me when I needed him. I also spoke to his assistant Ashley many times. I either spoke to Jonathan or Ashley, that's it, you won't be passed around from person to person each time you call like you would be in a huge practice. You are NOT a number. Both Jon and Ashley stay in constant connection with each other. They both know what is happening with your case at all times. Ashley was an absolute delight to work with. If you have to leave a voice mail, one of them will call you back in a short and reasonable time. I could always count on them. I have to give extra props to Jonathan as my case was sensitive even though it was small. I could confide in him and felt safe to. He also made special arrangements so that I didn't have to be on camera as I have a phobia of live cameras on my face. It sounds funny when we live in a world of cameras, but it's only when I'm in the spotlight. He took my silly phobia seriously. I can't speak enough wonderful words about him and his firm. They got me through a very difficult time and I'm so incredibly grateful they were there for me! Hands down 5/5 stars! Can I give 6 stars?!

Following a car accident two years ago, colleagues connected me with attorney John Crannell, assuring me that he would willingly give me free advice even if it turned out that I didn’t need official representation. In this instance, what sounded too good to be true really was true. Through phone calls and e-mails, Mr. Crannell gave me the information I needed to navigate this situation that I knew nothing about handling. Forget the nasty stereotypical lawyer jokes. Here’s a gentleman who is kind, caring, and helpful. If I ever do need to hire a personal injury lawyer, my phone call will go straight to him.

Class act! Those are really the only words needed to describe John and his team. From first meeting him, till even after the case, my health was the top priority. When I first met John, he was running out to do a deposition. I spoke with his partner Jason (also a class act), both of them before anything asked about my injury and if there was anything else medically I needed. John kept me up to date as best as possible, also warned me to be patient as things would take some time to play out. He and his team had my best interest in mind from start to finish. If you let them do their job they will make sure your best interest is the up most priority. 3years and 3 months to the day of my injury things were settled, “be patient”. If you decide to hire on John, know you’ve mad a great choice and will be taken care of. Nothing but positives in every aspect of the process. I highly enjoyed working with John and his team and would hire him on without hesitation again. Let’s hope it’s not needed!

Jonathan Crannell was our lawyer for our injury claim related to a dog bite involving our 12 year old daughter. It was hard enough seeing our daughter go through this, and the multiple shots she had to endure while at the hospital, but then we had to decide who we could talk to in order to make sure we were able to get recovery of our medical bills as well as anything for the pain she had to endure. I spoke with Mr. Crannell about an automobile accident. He was quick to get back to me after I requested a phone consultation. He is very pleasant and explains everything very well and in detail. He definitely made me feel like he was on my side. I felt more at ease about my situation after speaking with him. He was happy to answer all of my questions. I spoke to other attorneys who took forever to respond or wanted to consult via text. They seemed like they could not really be bothered, or even kind of lazy. Mr. Crannell seems motivated and upbeat. I am not at a point yet where I am certain I need an attorney but if I do, I will definitely call him. I have confidence that he takes care of his clients.

Johnathan was very detailed yet efficient in handling our claim. We weren't looking for a lot of money but got more than expected when he handed over the check.

In the beginning of 2014 I was in my very first car accident. I was not sure what to do or how, but eventually I contacted a lawyer after I moved out of state. I was weary of how I might be lied to or conned, but I went forward. Jonathan Crannell worked so hard to keep in contact with me, make me feel comfortable, tell the truth, and even trying to understand Florida law (because that's where I received my treatment) combined with Illinois law. I was very impressed by his sincerity, consistency, and professionalism. If I were to get into another collision in Illinois, I wouldn't hesitate to call him! And all of that is aside from the fact that he helped me win the case that resulted in a fairly compensated settlement.
