Mr. Polizzi took on my case at the back end of a divorce when my original attorney quit. Not only did he get up to speed quickly but stuck with my case for over a year after everything was final and helped me get custody of my kids back! He always answered my questions no matter how many times I asked the same question. He is a skilled attorney whom will be our "family" attorney for as long as he will have us! I highly recommend him if you are looking for an attorney. He made himself available to answer questions even when he was out of the country on vacation and would answer calls on the weekends. I couldn't say enough good things about Mr. Polizzi!

I had a case that was complex and confusing. It involved several areas including labor law, partnerships and fraud. I hired a Lawyer that was known as one of the best. That lawyer knew how to work the case but seemed to charge me by the word.. He said we were making progress but I had to keep suggesting what to do. I started to feel like all I needed was his letterhead. Three other lawyers declined to help us regarding a property issue before I found Stuart through avvo.com. He managed to get a better outcome for us than we expected, although it took a long time because the other parties would not cooperate. I was hesitant to even involve a lawyer after hearing all kinds of horror stories from people who were billed outrageous amounts of money from other attorneys and were not satisfied with the results. He charged us less than we expected, always returned our calls or emails, and kept us updated. He was very flexible meeting us around my husband's work schedule, too.
