I hired David Smith to represent me against my homeowner's association. As the weeks went by, there was a lot of correspondence because I had many questions and supporting documentation to share. Mr. Smith always had time to answer my concerns; at no time did I ever feel rushed which is important. Mr. Smith took the time to rehearse what would happen at trial. Mr. Smith was always very clear in his explanations of the legal process, and always offered options when available. Long story short, Mr. Smith was victorious in court, and in a very convincing way.
