Attorney Pecherek is knowledgeable and really paid attention to my needs. He knew just what to do for my will and trust and powers of attorney. I feel confident that my estate will be dealt with in exactly the manner I intend.

George Pecherek has been our family attorney for the past 30 years. As our family has grown and our needs have changed due to the acquisition of assets, he has provided invaluable guidance in updating our estate plan to meet our needs both now and in the future. He always presents all the options and answers all our questions with patience. He is thorough, knowledgeable and demonstrates a genuine concern for the people he serves. We have been so pleased that we have referred several family members to the practice who all have been equally impressed. I cannot imagine trusting anyone else with issues that are particularly sensitive, and it is peace of mind knowing we have all the necessary documents needed to handle a potential crisis situation (death, disability, illness) should it occur.

I had him as my divorce lawyer. I file case against my wife and she had no lawyer at the time. He approached her and told her to get a lawyer. After she hired a lawyer that both of the two guys they were working and talking behind our backs. We had a easy case but he dragged the divorce for months. If you have divorce try to settle this outside of the court I will cost you money.

Mr. Pecherek recently represented me in my divorce matter. From the very beginning he was straightforward, honest, and diligent. He aggressively fought for my rights and was sure to not only explain the legal process to me but also to explain the way Judge's decisions influence the outcome. He never stopped fighting for me and was always happy to see me and answer my questions. Also his staff is very knowledgeable and are just as hard working. My ex now hates him more than he hates me since I walked away with more than I asked for and paid so much less! I am proud to call Mr. Pecherek my attorney and will suggest him to all my friends and family for their matters.

Very Bad Experience! I wouldn't recommend to anyone! They will charge you for EVERYTHING but treat you like NOTHING!!! I opened divorce case and within one month I was charged closed to $6,000.00!!!!!!Every visit in a court cost around $700 when the lawyer is doing cases for other clients so when the judge is calling your name he is not even there! Scanning documents cost around$400.00, opening emails around $50.00, each call $110.00.

I had a lot of financial issues that needed to be resolved through a bankruptcy. Mr. Pecherek listened to my problems and advised me on the best route to solve my money problems. Mr. Pecherek patiently walked me through all the steps of the bankruptcy and thoroughly informed of every step. My bankruptcy was quick and easily resolved. Now I do not have to stress about financial problems. I would recommend Mr. Pecherek to everyone, who is in need of a compassionate and great lawyer!

Mr. Pecherek is a knowledgeable and friendly man. He took the time to listen to the details of our situation and recommended the very best possible solution. This is the worst attorney in the whole world! Never ever take this guy to represent you. He will only take your money without helping you a bit. He didn't even want to listen to what I have to say! He cannot even do simple math. He screwed everything up for me. Now I have another court date. Waste of money and more problems! Please do not take this guy. He is a nightmare.

This man could be the worst attorney in chicagoland. If you are doing anything more than settling credit card debt you will deeply regret your decision to employ him as an attorney. He will charge you at every breath, for every copy even a stamp. He is absolutely never prepared. He will ignore your input, make reckless decisions on your behalf and could care less how poorly he is performing and how damaging the outcome WILL be. It is fair to say that hiring him is almost a guarantee to lose your case. When dealing with your family find a different lawyer- he only wants your money.

I hired Mr. Pecherek as my divorce attorney in 2009. He was not dependable for showing up in court especially when the judge expected him to clarify his errors. He did not keep me informed and made numerous toxic errors to my divorce case. As a result I had to hire another attorney. Errors included but were not limited to: entering wrong names of banks, amounts of money and number for the Safe Deposit Box in the court papers. He froze the access to a Safe Deposit Box for one name while two were listed on the account and allowed my ex-spouse to empty it along with all other accounts before any inventory was scheduled. Mr. Pecherek misrepresented my interest and without any prior consultation with me, rejected an offer related to the house sale. As a result I lost my life savings and was left without a roof over my head. While knowing that I was a victim of a Domestic Battery, Mr. Pecherek did nothing to protect me. After being assaulted and battered by my husband during the course of divorce, I had to file the Order of protection on my own. I do not recommend hiring this attorney.

I used George Pecherek in my family's estate planning. He has given me excellent legal advice and is personally a pleasure to work with in a stressful time. I would highly recommend him for all of your legal needs.
