We were very happy with the process for updating our estate planning documents. Our attorney and her team were pleasant to work with and did a great job of explaining all of our option and answering our many questions.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service. Contacted Laura D. two months ago for the update of our estate planning documents, promptly provided all requested information, but have not received any communication since. Unfortunately, this isn't the first instance; a year ago, I had to follow up four times to elicit a response from Laura. Moreover, in the past we received invoices despite no service rendered, although they were eventually canceled with an apology. A frustrating and time-consuming experience.
