My experience with Steven Wolf of Wolf Solovy & Zivin, LLP, was nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, his promises were grand, but his actions were deceptive and unethical. Upon engaging his services, I was assured of his expertise and dedication to my case. However, it quickly became evident that these were mere words meant to placate clients rather than deliver actual results. Despite numerous follow-ups and inquiries, the progress on my case was stagnant, and any semblance of work done was virtually non-existent. To add insult to injury, I was billed exorbitant amounts for purported services that were never rendered. It became apparent that his primary objective was not to pursue justice for his clients but rather to maximize profits through deceitful billing practices. Furthermore, attempts to address my concerns with the firm were met with indifference and dismissiveness. It was clear that he had no intention of rectifying his egregious behavior or providing any semblance of accountability. In summary, my experience with Steven Wolf was a complete debacle. I caution anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution. He epitomizes everything that is wrong with the legal profession – prioritizing greed over integrity and client service. Steer clear of this unscrupulous firm at all costs.

Jamie Wolf Zivin is a stellar attorney, but more importantly, a kind and personable human being. It was a real pleasure to work with Jamie to determine the best course of action regarding our family’s estate planning. She was so knowledgeable and helpful as we navigated a sometimes difficult discussion to have around end of life decisions. We met with Jamie for an initial consultation and she explained all of our options in detail and then based on our needs she made the perfect recommendations. Then after drafting our wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts and powers of attorney, we met with her again to sign and she was very accommodating and explained all of the documents clearly and in detail so that we fully understood each before signing. She even sent us a professionally bound and tabbed book with all of our entire estate plan documents and followed up with us multiple times to ensure that we had transferred all of our assets into our trusts properly. We are so happy that we found Jamie and Wolf & Solovy as we can finally rest easy knowing that our kids are taken care of. We highly recommend Jamie and her firm for all your estate planning needs.

My wife and I retained Charles on two residential real estate transaction this spring for the sale of our condo in the city and purchase of our home in the suburbs. Charles and his team at Wolf & Solovy are incredibly knowledgeable and highly responsive, and they made our lives so easy! It was such a smooth process and he got it closed without any issues. Jamie helped my husband and I with our estate planning and we could not have had a better experience. She clearly laid out our options and gave recommendations for what she felt was our best course of action. We are confident that, in the unfortunate event that one or both of us should unexpectedly pass away, those trusted with executing our wishes will know exactly what to do and our children (and dogs) will be taken care of. I was having a difficult experience with a horrible tenant. I tried everything to get the tenant to leave without luck. Then I was referred Charles Zivin. I cannot speak highly enough of Charles and the team at Wolf & Solovy. I didn't know where to turn, or what my legal rights and obligations were until I spoke with Charles. Charles went through all my options, explained all the obstacles we might face and then hit the ground running. Once I hired Charles I was finally able to just sit back knowing that he would handle everything for me. Even though I wasn’t too involved throughout the process he kept me updated every step of the way, successfully assisting me through a very stressful and bad situation. Charles was able to come to an agreement with the tenant and got my tenant out for me before we even had the first court hearing. Charles and his staff are extremely professional, honest, and highly dependable. I cannot speak more highly of my experience with Charles and his firm.

Charles and his team have been persistent, dedicated, and timely with helping MLC Properties & Management. He keeps us informed and manages the collection/eviction process until the tenant is paid in full. Mr. Zinder was absolutely the best attorney I have ever had and I have had many. Forthright in everything he did even when it didn't go his way. Knowledgeable about "Trust" issues and very responsive to any questions that arose. I live in Florida; his office is in Northbrook, IL and we were fighting a Trust issue after the death of my mother in Illinois. Due to my mother having a no contest clause in her Trust the opposing attorney booted me out of the Trust. I literally had nothing to lose at this point by hiring an attorney. After a battle of a year he won my case. He came recommended to me by a law firm in Florida. I, unfortunately, can't remember which firm it was. Please give him a call for all your legal needs. He does much more than estate law this is just what I used him for. You will be glad you did.

If your looking for a great human being, great listener and great attorney hire Charles and his law firm to the job. Nothing but great things to say about him, he stood and fought in a very professional way. Would hire him again in a heartbeat. Other attorney's represent you for the money but he fights for the principal of the matter and ethics of the case.
