Dear Gene. Thank you very much for helping my mother get her citizenship. If it was not for your help she would not have received it. You helped her immensely, especially during the interview. The interview was very challenging, however you were able to show the government that she met the criteria for becoming a citizen. We could not have done this without your help!! We made an appointment 3 weeks before. We arrived there 5 minutes earlier than the appointment time. The assistant came and told us to wait in a room and asked us how do we want to pay? Cash or Credit? That was his first question... he never offered us watter or coffee or anything. At the end when i told him about this he said and i quote "We don't offer water or coffee". After 1 hour of waiting I had to ask for my money back and leave cause the lawyer never had the courtesy of coming and speaking with us. I had to leave work earlier today for nothing. Very professional...
