I have used Crystal many times when I have a short sale listing. I love her efficient way to getting the information from the sellers during a very difficult time in their lives. She effectively maneuvers the complicated maze of short sales and usually the buyers' agent will comment about how quickly we were able to close compared to other experiences they've had. If you just trust Crystal and does what she asks in a timely manner, your closing will be smooth!
