Krohn & Moss, Ltd. was extremely efficient and personable.

I have been a client twice with Krohn & Moss. My first case was on the purchase of a new 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was constantly in the shop for numerous issues with the transmission. After no resolve with the manufacturer, I took my issue to Krohn & Moss and after their hard and diligent work, my case was resolved with a new transmission installed. My second case was the purchase of a new 2021 Chevrolet Bolt EV. Two days after purchasing the car, Chevrolet recalled my car for a defective battery that could ignite and cause a fire. Again I contacted Krohn & Moss to file a lawsuit against GM. They have been working over a year and a half on my case and it should be resolved in the next 2 months with a new 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV. If you have issues with your vehicle, I highly recommend calling Krohn & Moss to discuss fighting the battle.
