Contacted Krohn & Moss to pursue a claim against auto manufacturer for failure to fix my car after many attempts. Eric and Greg were responsive and provided me with information that I do in fact have a claim against the manufacturer. Krohn & Moss quickly filed legal complaint against the manufacturer. Luckily, I had retained ALL service records from the repairs, so it was a nail in the coffin for the manufacturer, as it demonstrated the lack of promise of warranty. Eric was professional and guided us through the process, step by step. Months later, the manufacturer decided to settle the case instead of going through court process. Eric worked on our behalf and got us a settlement that was at the very high end of what he said was possible, from the beginning. Well appreciated for defending our rights and interests in the vehicle to hold the manufacturer accountable. I had tried resolving the issue with the manufacturer for years, but Krohn and Moss stepped in, and used the power of the LAW, to end my frustration and stalled progress to get me a high settlement. They know what they are doing and I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout case. They have represented many, many clients like myself, that's what they do, so what they tell you, is what happens. If you have a vehicle that has problems that aren't resolved, call KROHN & MOSS, they will make your problem go away! I was not eligible under the Lemon Law due to age and mileage on the car, but Krohn & Moss used another law to settle our claim. Thanks for your guidance and caring throughout our case!
