Highly recommended! I dealt directly with Bradley who was outstanding to work with. The whole firm was very knowledgeable and did everything they stated they would do. Also the communication throughout the entire process was outstanding and I would rate them as best communication in a company I’ve ever dealt with.

However, I must emphasize that my disappointment primarily stems from the experience of working with your firm throughout this case. One of the critical aspects you failed to address is the fact that I had to chase your office repeatedly to get fully reimbursed. It shouldn't have been my responsibility to ensure that I received the proper reimbursement, especially considering the representation fees I paid. What's even more disheartening is that, in the end, I was deferred to Tesla to collect the remainder of the settlement alone, without the representation that I had paid for. Effective communication shouldn't have been an issue, yet it was, and it added unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation. Furthermore, my frustration lies in the perception that your firm's advocacy during negotiations with Tesla was inadequate. REVIEW: I cannot express my frustration enough regarding my experience with Attorney Krohn & Moss. From start to finish, it has been an absolute nightmare. I sought their legal expertise in a case against Tesla. We settled on Lemon Law case and Tesla did not reimburse me fully for the vehicle. When trying to resolve the reimbursement of the owed amount I received subpar representation that left me feeling utterly let down. Here's a brief summary of my ordeal: Ineffective Communication: Attorney Krohn & Moss's communication was severely lacking. I had to send multiple emails and requests for updates, often receiving delayed or incomplete responses. It felt like pulling teeth just to get a clear answer. Inadequate Legal Guidance: Their team failed to provide me with comprehensive legal guidance. Instead of fighting for my rights and ensuring I received the proper reimbursement, they seemed disorganized and indifferent to my concerns, leaving me to resolve the matter with Tesla directly. Poor Advocacy: When it came to negotiations with Tesla, Attorney Krohn & Moss did not effectively represent my interests. The result was that I did not receive the full reimbursement owed. Lack of Transparency: Transparency was another major issue. I had to chase them for information about the progress of my case and the status of my reimbursements, which added unnecessary stress to an already frustrating situation. They failed to uphold their commitment to me as their client, leaving me out of pocket and frustrated with the entire legal process. Great experience. Lawyers were very responsive and professional. They answered my questions within the same day in most cases. They kept me up-to-date on the progress of the case when there were changes or updates. Overall, very good experience.

Purchased a faulty used vehicle still under factory warranty. Was completely lost on what to do until I reached out to Krohn & Moss. Krohn & Moss is an amazing firm! Working mostly with Scott Cohen and a little with John Barker was a great experience. They went above and beyond to get me a great settlement and kept me informed during the entire process. They even explained everything in a way I would understand it the whole time. It was very disappointing. I had a house that I was trying to sell, but it never sold. eXp Realty Mario Cordova with Cordova Real Estate I gave a lot of trouble and it didn't work!!!

We had our Buick Encore in for 7 repairs to the A/C. Every time it rained it quit working, under warranty. In April 2023 we brought it back to GM, the 6th time. GM charged me $2300.00 for a new compressor and valve, it was no longer under warranty. Although the problem persisted since warranty. I contacted Brent at Krohn and Moss in May and I got a settlement by Sept 1. Plus the first settlement didn’t feel right to Brent, he went back to GM and they doubled my settlement. Needless to say Brent and the entire firm did an excellent job and went beyond my expectations. I’m very happy! Tracey G

If you are looking for an attorney to represent you in a Lemon Law case, the team at Krohn & Moss is where you need to be. In the initial call every step in the process was explained to me and I can honestly say, the plan never changed. Every step played out exactly as they said it would and all the decisions that needed to be made were mine to make, with guidance from my assigned attorney. They were able to get my vehicle purchased back by the manufacturer for more than what was originally offered. It was a great experience but let's pray I never need their assistance again.
