My experience with Krohn and Moss was outstanding. I had received a notice from their firm regarding a known issue with my vehicle that I purchased in 2017 brand new. After speaking with their team, I moved forward with pursuing settlement from the manufacturer. Throughout the entire process, the Krohn and Moss team was very professional and responsive. If I had questions, then I received a response within 24 hours or less. Their team was always courteous and kept me informed. The settlement process was also simplified as they provided guidance on what a fair settlement would be given the circumstances of my case along with the documentation that I had. Attorney Emily Mallor is simply PHENOMENAL. I was at the end of my rope with my 2019 $90,000 SUV that spent more time at the dealer’s service department than it did in my home and reached out to Krohn & Moss (found them on a google search, looking for experienced Lemon Law attorneys). That same morning, Emily Mallor herself, (not a secretary) reached out to me on my mobile phone AND email, to introduce herself and learn more about my situation. Not only is Emily and her entire team very, very thorough and great at what they do, they are just plain NICE... They are the true definition of caring, old fashioned, customer service. I would often tell Emily that she is too nice to be an attorney! Bottom Line: Emily worked with the manufacturer for approximately 3-4 weeks to get a VERY SATISFACTORY resolution to my issues.
