I reached out to Krohn & Moss for my dispute with General Motors they assigned me Mr. Mohamed Somji. Mr. Somji was very professional and courteous he kept me well informed of what was going on with my case at all times. The most important issue to me was to always have the person answer my calls and returning my calls in a timely manner. Mr. Somji either took my calls immediately or he would return my calls with in reasonable time . I would definitely recommend Krohn & Moss and most definitely Mr. Mohamed Somji his professionalism was outstanding.

I had a 2017 Mercedes-Benz SLC43 that had numerous problems and sadly only one problem technically qualified under the lemon law. In short, it took nine months from initial consult to receiving the settlement. It turns out Mercedes really doesn't want to take back a vehicle, hah. My only (minor) gripe I had was with the Florida attorney I was assigned, Rachel, who is no longer here. She was not very attentive or responsive and during the hearing I had to bring up facts and rebuttals that she didn't think of (contradictions from the opposing counsel). I had to reach out to Natali to get any updates. On the other hand, I had fantastic experiences with Natali, Mohamed, and Brent. They proceeded to keep me updated every step of the way and ensured everything was taken care of. If you have a lemon law case, this is who I'd recommend. When I reached out to competing firms before K&M, they wanted me to sign a contract stating I'd still be liable for fees of up to $6000 if they didn't win the case. K&M only charges you a flat fee that they take from the settlement check upon winning. Of course, this also means if you don't have a strong case they will turn you away. Get some more service records, pictures and videos and come back.

I purchased a 2016 2SS Camaro Convertible new and had problems with it from the beginning. Mohamed Somji handled my lawsuit and was quick with return calls and keeping me updated with what was going on with my case. I am very happy with the final result. They had GM buy back my car and return an amount of money I thought was fair. I'm not sure about anyone else's case but mine did take approximately a year to finish. It took about two weeks to receive my settlement after turning in the car. All in all I would do it again. Thank you Mohamed and the entire Krohn and Moss team.
