Krishna & Moss are absolutely amazing! I reached out to them via phone and haven’t been disappointed at all! They were extremely informative from the very beginning and throughout the entire process! Krohn & Moss represented me in a breach-of-warranty case for a new car that was in the shop three times in the first nine months I owned it. We were offered a settlement by the manufacturer which was about half of what we asked for — understandable. What was not understandable was that Krohn & Moss walked away with over 80% of my settlement. Their fees were adjustable, but that was the lowest they were willing to go. When I told them that distribution was unacceptable to me they reminded me that our attorney client-agreement included a "non-cooperation clause", by which they could sue me for taking no further action on the case. Nothing like being strong-armed into a lopsided deal by your own attorney! I'm all for people being compensated fairly for their time, but if I had known what it was like to work with Krohn & Moss at the outset I would have avoided the whole thing. I hope they enjoyed my settlement money.

Very pleased with the level of communication and the service provided by Attorney John Barker of Krohn & Moss. We had the transmission fail on a new vehicle in the Fall of 2023. The car sat in the shop at the dealership for more than two months with no movement from the dealership until John got involved. John's intervention got the repair process up and moving from what had been a standstill, and the dealership suddenly procured our missing part and repaired our vehicle. Thank you, John!
